BEEF STROGRANOFF

Tender chunks of beef with mushrooms and slivered onions in a wine sauce and sour cream served over a bed of egg noodles.

SHRIMPS MOUNTED ON CRAB CAKES

Home made crab cakes, large sauteed shrimps on top of cheesy grits and all topped off with a light cream florentine sauce.

MEDITERRANEAN CHICKEN PASTA

Roasted diced chicken with artichokes, kalamata olives, feta cheese and diced tomatoes in a light broth over a bed of bucati rotini.
